Keith Kenny is a Senior Director for McDonald’s Supply Chain in Europe. In his current role Keith is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s sustainable supply strategy. McDonald’s has been working on addressing the ethical, environmental and economic impacts of their supply chain system for many years. McDonald’s Europe spends in around of € 4.5 billion a year on food, packaging, happy meal toys and operational supplies and the variety of sustainability issues related to these items is wide and diverse so one of the key challenges is to prioritise issues for action and balance the often conflicting interests.

Keith has worked for McDonald’s for 20 years and prior to his role in European supply chain he was Head of Supply Chain and Food Strategy for McDonald’s UK.
