Dr Philip Douglas

Philip is Head of Branch, CRC, a post he has held since he joined Defra in April 2005. Philip has over 9 years experience working on climate change, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility policy. Prior to joining Defra, he worked for the National Audit Office, as Sustainability Manager at BAA plc, and for the Environment Agency. Philip holds an MEng degree in engineering science from the University of Oxford and a work based doctorate in sustainable development.
