Dagmar Droogsma
UK and EU Negotiator on International Climate Change DECC

Dagmar Droogsma has worked for the UK government on international climate change since 2005. She negotiates the Copenhagen deal for the EU in the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long Term Cooperative Action (AWG LCA, also called the Bali Action Plan). She also chairs the Annex I Expert group, a joint OECD-IEA Committee consisting of all Annex I Parties under the UN Climate Change Convention.
